Return of goods:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in the

original condition within 30 days of delivery (please provide the tracking number). After receipt

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our

customer service. All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the

delivery date claimed. We cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement without proof of damage

issued by a member of our support team.

I received the wrong item:

Exchange:
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items with us. If you wish to do so, we recommend

to return the product to us and then order the correct product from us.
For defective products:

If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise faulty, there are no

return shipping costs.

If I want to return the item(s):
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or he no longer wants it,

the customer is responsible for the actual costs of the return and the return label
